Back in 2016 Jerome Wehrens invited me to experiment with walking barefoot. Since then I embraced it and do it most of the time. It makes me feel instantly relaxed. In his book “HEEL WEEK” he explains why you would want to walk barefoot. It is wise he states because:
- your joints will be relieved;
- your feet are getting a massage;
- you will ground;
- it has an anti-inflammatory effect;
- it is mindfull;
- you train extremities.
